Of course the court will not allow anyone to see the docket ,will not allow a copy of the court docket, and will not verifies the alleged hearing May 9, 2012 placing hijack /kidnapped minor child A/O allegedly in juvenile detention facility in a sham hearing where child was not advised of her rights to a honest attorney, and of right to have the proceeding recorded under Virginia law and statutes as a alleged criminal defendant cited in motion papers Documents	Watch

And asking for protection for the family members of pastor Jol Peebles and the 50 excommunicated members of the church fighting to reclaim God’s house taken in a illegal corporate takeover masterminded by the trustees their attorneys and other insiders. After obtaining documents from register of wills, Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland Department of assessments and taxation and the District of Columbia consumer affairs office. All indicating major fraud in the dissolution of the District of Columbia entity and formation of new insider controlled Maryland corporations for the benefit of corporate executives not the church body and the assets built with their donations to the house of God. Virginia Authorities Kidnap Child with Fake Warrant!

Virginia authorities kidnaps Ashley O’Brien once again from Maryland Montgomery County. Officers were interviewing child and grandmother at 2:30 PM in Montgomery County. The was no warrant out for the arrest of Ashley O’Brien at the time. Shortly thereafter Fairfax County issued a unwarranted arrest warrant. Which was executed by Montgomery County police officer A. Wiesto too late for emergency hearing in Circuit Court. Most likely in retaliation for programs showing Fairfax County was notified prior to issuing Amber alert. By chaplain James Manship. Program 427. This is a kidnapping across state lines in violation of 18 USC 1512 and 1513 false intimidation of of victim or witness under color of law

Emergency deposition of Ashley Mae O’Brien, Sunday April 30, 2012. This video tells of her 14 months of illegal captivity by CPS agents in Arlington County, Virginia. Ashley was the 2nd child to run away from the same foster home. After the first foster child ran away on 4/23; fearing for her safety and trying to get medical treatment for an assault on her by Arlington County on 12/07/2011.

The center for missing and exploited children were notified on 4/30 that the child was safe as well as the Fairfax County police on April 31 and she was enrolled in school on the same day. The video is an hour and 30 minutes.
Child protective services has issued an alert for this child listing her as missing. Which is not the case as they well know.

Who are on record as refusing to take a criminal complaint from George McDermott, because he is a political figure with the camera. Receivership – It Can Happen To You

Last week I made a judicial misconduct complaint concerning Jeff Baron’s case. In case you are not familiar with Jeff Baron, his story has been highlighted recently by several national media outlets and represents the most blatant example of corruption that I have ever experienced.

Jeff Baron was a successful Internet Entrepreneur who pioneered innovative software that helped build the Internet in the 1990s. After Jeff settled breach of contract lawsuit in 2009, and paid his lawyers approximately $5 million, the lawyers got together, in secret, with a judge friend and put Jeff, himself into an involuntary receivership (the first time a person has been placed into a receivership since slavery was abolished in 1865).

Jeff has not been accused of any crime, never been in bankruptcy, never had any judgments against him, never been insolvent, never lost at trial.

Overnight, without any notice, judge Royal Furgeson literally gave “possession” of Jeff and all of his property to a lawyer friend of the judge Furgeson. Judge Furgeson, on the record, proclaimed that his order was enforceable by the combined force of the U.S. military and “by death” (I have a certified transcript that verifies this). Royal Furgeson (in coordination with colleague judge Stacey Jernigan) also ordered that Jeff is prohibited from hiring a lawyer to defend himself, and that if Jeff did he would be imprisoned for contempt.

Jeff is a philanthropist and set up a trust to fund juvenile diabetes research, an illness that afflicted Jeff since early childhood. The research trust was worth over $80 million, and the judge and lawyer friends liquidated it for 2 cents on the dollar to pay themselves an additional $4 million dollars in groundless fees.

What happened to Jeff is so outrageous it should shock the conscience of every human being living in America if not the world.

This receiver order cannot stand! If it does we will all be subject to an order arbitrarily making us the property of whoever a judge chooses. This cannot be allowed to happen in America.

I am asking each of you to read my complaint and mail a misconduct complaint of your own to judge Jones concerning this case. Feel free to use the attached template form. You can just add your name and address or edit it first. I have also included filing instructions. Please take the time to mail this complaint. It is extremely important.
